I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services. The location of this place is perfect, as it is close to everywhere, making it convenient for guests to explore the nearby shopping center and store. The spacious room provided me with ample space to work and relax, with a large desk, cozy sofa, and a TV that could be turned into a bedroom or living room. The Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, allowing me to stay connected and productive during my stay. Additionally, the staff here was exceptional, especially Mrs Nicole at the front desk. This level of customer service truly impressed me and made my stay even more enjoyable.

All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The only slight downside is that some staff members may have difficulty communicating in English.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. My room was in the ninth fllor, so it also had a very nice view of the city. Room service is pricey but 24/7 and fast, which makes up for it, I guess.

The staff who welcomed me wasn't very friendly or attentive. The folks who were working reception during check out were infinite times nicer and found me a cab during rush hour very quickly.

The lobby of the hotel was impressive, and the rooms were quite roomy. the hotel is conveniently situated close to essential areas of the city, such as downtown and shopping centers. the staff were also helpful in offering guidance and recommendations for local activities.

The room we were given was quite dirty, with a strong smell from the unkempt carpet. the bathroom was also way too tiny to be comfortable, and the traffic noise from the busy street outside was too loud, making it difficult for us to sleep.

It is closer to everywhere.

The room is very outdated. When we checked-in, we were given an very outdated room and it was so smelly. Then we asked to move to another room and this time it was better, they had laminate, instead of carpet. But the bathroom was still outdated with outdated fixtures. We will not come back to Swan Tower Porto Alegre. What we received is not worth the price we paid. We checked Sheraton hotel rate and we found out that Sheraton has almost the same rate and people told us that Sheraton is nicer.

This hotel has spacious rooms with a large desk, sofa, and TV, which is good for families. the area is very calm and safe, but it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the nearest shopping center. There are a few steep hills, which could be a challenge for some people. the staff is nice and the breakfast is decent, but nothing extraordinary.

The air conditioning system is not efficient enough to keep the room at the desired temperature, which can be frustrating who want to relax.

The location was good, with taxis easily available outside. Despite the drawbacks of no nearby delis or restaurants, the hotel was not too far from the city center or airport. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient location.
